Competitive Base Salary + Robust Bonus Plan Salary Range: $100,000- $108,000 Great Benefits Package Available How you will make an impact: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director (on-site, in-person) to take over our sales operations and drive sustained occupancy growth in our Skilled Nursing Community. This position will be primarily focused on post-acute admissions, partnering closely with hospitals, discharge planners, and referral sources to ensure seamless transitions and timely admissions. However, we are also seeking someone who brings experience in long-term care admissions, ensuring the Sales Director can confidently lead both sides of our skilled nursing census. This role requires a goal-oriented, sales-focused leader who thrives in building relationships, closing admissions, developing creative census strategies, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience. This is a true sales leadership role — not an operations role — and we are seeking someone who is energized by metrics, motivated by results, and passionate about helping families navigate skilled care. You’ll develop and execute strategic plans, provide compassionate follow-up, coordinate smooth admissions, and represent our community at on-site and off-site events. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a skilled nursing environment. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm (salary exempt). Some evenings and weekends may be necessary based on business needs. No holiday or weekend rotation required. Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or at least four years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination. At least four years of consultative/high-touch sales experience, preferably in senior living or skilled nursing. At least two years of supervisory experience. Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures related to staff and operational workflows. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets. Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to make effective and persuasive presentations to leadership, public groups, and boards. Ability to respond professionally and compassionately to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Effective team-building and leadership skills, with the ability to engage, motivate, and obtain cooperation from individuals and groups. Experience using CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft 365. Understanding of hospitality, first impressions, and customer-focused service excellence. Preferred Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Critical thinking skills. Background in hospitality or customer service. Benefits Available: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 403(b) Savings Plan Daily Pay Paid Time Off Tuition Reimbursement Program Mental Health Support 24/7 Counseling 365 Program for New Team Member Development To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
