Exclusive Sale Territory: Candidates must reside in Nashville. This role requires travel to the territory. Sales Director will report to our National Sales Director. Job Duties: Develop expertise in QuaverEd curricula to effectively communicate its value to prospective and existing customers. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales. Maintain detailed sales projections and data in our Qforce CRM system. Work with the assigned Sales Associate to achieve sales goals. Build and nurture relationships with school districts through direct outreach. Highlight curriculum features that address customer needs and challenges. Maintain updated contact lists and ensure consistent follow-up to foster strong customer relationships. Travel up to 50% during peak seasons to meet with customers and attend events. Requirements 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably selling to organizations. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. A proven self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire for continuous learning. Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or a related field. Experience in K-12 education, especially with music, Health/PE, SEL Utilize our in-house CRM tools and sales tracking systems. Additional Requirements: Candidates must be at least 25 years old and have a valid drivers license to meet company car rental requirements. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus and allowing 2 days remote. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
