Our client, a well reputed property and business center management is looking for a Sales Director to lead their team
Job Overview:
The Sales Director is responsible for designing and executing strategic sales plans that align with company goals, leading, training, on boarding a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Design and implement comprehensive strategic sales plans to reach company sales targets, aligning with business objectives.
  • -Organize successful launch event for new upcoming projects.-Managing 20+ sales people team
  • -Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans, ensuring consistent progress toward sales goals.
  • -Achieve KPIs by executing sales plans effectively within the established timeframes.
  • -Lead, motivate, and develop a results-driven sales team, ensuring they possess high-level sales skills and expertise.
  • -Conduct performance management of the sales team, setting clear expectations and providing feedback.
  • -Organize training sessions focused on product knowledge and team motivation to enhance team capabilities.
  • -Participate in interviewing and selecting candidates for Sales Team positions, ensuring the team is built with the right talent.
  • -Oversee the implementation of CRM systems, ensuring proper usage for generating detailed reports and tracking sales progress.
  • -Ensure effective lead management by aligning with the Marketing team to monitor and assign leads, while offering feedback on ongoing campaigns.
  • -Manage and implement the sales plan, ensuring alignment with marketing efforts, sales targets, and customer needs.
  • -Position the company as a trusted real estate brand by fostering excellent customer experiences throughout the sales process.
  • -Organize and host sales events for potential clients to engage them and strengthen business relationships.
  • -Regularly review market conditions and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine sales tactics.
  • -Organize and manage relationships with local and international brokers to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities.

Skills & Competencies:

  • -Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • -10 year’s experience in managers roles with Dubai TOP Developers
  • -Highly result-oriented, with a strong ability to motivate and drive a sales team.
  • -Proficient in sales forecasting and reporting, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.-In-depth knowledge of real estate legalities, sales processes, and negotiations in Dubai.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Real estate Leadership: 10 years (Preferred)
  • Director: 5 years (Preferred)
