Filinvest Company: PROMAX Job Overview Promax is seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Director to lead its property sales operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth across residential, commercial, and township developments, while building a high-performing sales organization aligned with the company's long-term vision. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Philippine real estate sales, strong broker network management, and a proven ability to scale both in-house and external sales channels. Key Responsibilities Lead overall sales strategy and execution across assigned projects Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (reservation sales, collections, and conversion rates) Manage and expand broker networks, in-house sellers, and channel partners nationwide Develop project-specific go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and project development teams Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking across all channels Strengthen partnerships with key brokers, top sellers, and institutional clients Ensure alignment of sales initiatives with project positioning, pricing, and inventory movement Provide market intelligence on competitor developments, pricing trends, and buyer behavior Lead, coach, and develop Sales Managers and teams to drive productivity and retention Uphold compliance with real estate regulations and internal governance standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record in handling large-scale residential, vertical, or township developments Strong network of brokers and agents within the Philippine real estate market Demonstrated success in achieving high-volume sales targets and managing multi-channel sales teams Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, financing options, and buyer profiles in the Philippines Experience working with developers or large real estate organizations is highly preferred #LinkedIn
