Description

HELP REINVENT HIGH‑VOLUME RECRUITMENT

Location: UK (Mainly Remote and occasional London visits)
Term: Initially a one year fixed term role, with review to extend
Are you a natural relationship-builder who thrives in fast-paced, ambitious environments? Do you love selling smart solutions, thinking creatively, and being part of something that’s scaling fast?

THIS HAS BEEN SUCCESSFULLY ROLLED OUT IN EUROPE AND NOW THEY ARE ROLLING IT OUT INTO THE UK.

They’re growing rapidly—and they’re looking for a Business Development Manager who’s ready to make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

  • Hunt and close new business: Identify prospects, pitch smartly, negotiate well and land deals that matter.
  • Own the UK growth story: Build and execute sales strategies that open up new sectors and locations.
  • Onboard with purpose: Make sure new clients hit the ground running and see real value fast.
  • Create opportunities: Build awareness, attend events, and drive conversations that get people talking.
  • Work smart with data: Keep CRM sharp and use insights to focus your time and energy.

What we’re looking for

We’re after a unique character—someone who’s:

  • Cosmopolitan in outlook and communication style
  • Naturally analytical, yet commercially bold
  • An adventurer who loves trying new things
  • A risk taker who doesn’t fear failure, just inaction
  • A challenger who questions the norm
  • Ambitious, results-driven and laser-focused on growth
  • Creative with ideas and approaches
  • Happy to work independently, but thrives in a team
  • Driven by building something that matters

Experience-wise:

  • Preferably experience of technology sales into retail, industrial or similar channels
  • Ideally 3+ years managing big-name clients in retail, logistics or manufacturing
  • Strong at building commercial strategies and closing deals
  • Confident, organised, detail-oriented and naturally persuasive
  • Degree-educated ideally and collaborative by nature

Longer-term? Big potential.
This is not just another sales job. If it goes well, you’ll be on the path to becoming a Commercial Director or even Chief Revenue Officer—with the opportunity to build and lead your own team as the company continues to scale.
They’re looking for someone to grow with them, not just for them.

What’s in it for you

  • Rapid personal and professional development
  • Flexible working – hybrid or remote, your choice
  • Monthly wellness allowance to support health and wellbeing
  • Access to Deskpass for co-working space on-demand, anywhere you are
