Summary: The Sales Director is responsible for maintaining a high-quality sales team by overseeing training in all products and services, ensuring new team members are quickly integrated and productive, and monitoring the accuracy and timeliness of sales forecasts. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Sales personal. What You'll Do: Responsible for maintaining the highest quality sales team possible by continually ensuring the entire team is trained in all products/services provided Responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy for his/her area of focus.
