As we continue to scale, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Director to lead our sales operations and drive strategic growth.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in real estate management, with at least 5 years at Sales Director level. You will be responsible for developing and executing a high-performing sales strategy, building and mentoring a top-tier sales team, and maintaining strong relationships with all major developers across the UAE.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales management, with 5+ years specifically as a Sales Director.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams with consistent results in deal closures.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in both off-plan and secondary market transactions.
  • Strong and established network with leading developers across the UAE.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • UAE driving license and residency preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate agents for both off-plan and secondary markets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance; implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
  • Foster strong relationships with developers, brokers, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations to ensure optimal support for lead generation and conversion.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations for the sales team.
  • Represent Roca Real Estate at major industry events, developer launches, and networking functions.
  • Stay updated with real estate trends, regulations, and market shifts to maintain a competitive edge.
