RESPONSIBILITIES: Own Sales Activities: Manage personal sales tasks, including prospecting, client meetings, and closing deals. Develop relationships with high-value clients and industry professionals. Maintain detailed knowledge of the market and stay updated on key projects. Team Leadership and Support: Supervise and motivate team leaders and sales consultants to meet targets. Assist the Sales Director in implementing sales strategies and ensuring team alignment with sales plans. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and coach members to achieve KPIs. Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales consultants. Sales Strategy and Development: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and expand market reach. Act as a project manager for key clients and high-profile projects, ensuring successful execution. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with developers and partners. Operational and Administrative Support: Ensure smooth daily sales operations, including workflows and reporting. Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and accuracy. Oversee the preparation of performance reports and provide insights to the Sales Director. Training and Development: Design and oversee training programs to improve team performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and implement growth plans for team members. Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development. REQUIREMENTS: Education Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred). Communication skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities. Technical skills Proficiency in CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and market analysis. Experience 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with 1+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record of personal and team sales success. Key characteristics Strong leadership, coaching, and strategic planning skills.
