Description

Driven Properties is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to oversee our Secondary Residential division. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to boost sales and enhance market presence in the secondary residential property sector. You will lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with them to ensure performance targets are met and exceeded.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the real estate sector, particularly in secondary residential properties.
  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai secondary residential market.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the Secondary Residential division.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales agents focused on secondary residential properties.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, providing guidance and support to the sales team.
  • Set performance objectives, track team performance against targets, and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and presentations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to enhance the customer experience and support sales initiatives.
