Description
RESPONSIBILITES: * Manages and develop sales force within region &/or product line * Develop strategic plans for each market while growing existing customer base * Use market data, statistics & trends to establish sales goals & develop target markets * Manage sales budgets and forecasting territory orders * Manage expenses of your own and your sales team * Represent CPF at meetings, conventions, and training workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. * Implement sales procedures, strategies & policies * Manage national and OEM accounts * Network with vendors & clients while building the CPF brand * Create presentations for products and services * Lead CRM Management effort for your region and market * Build and develop team / bench * Administer competitive and new product research * Coordinate with internal Custom Pipe teams to deliver products and services that meet client expectations * Work with Custom Pipe Operations and other staff to provide tailored solutions to client base * Find new business opportunities within sales regions to drive CPF growth * Coordinate and resolve client issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust * Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics Skills and Qualifications: * Proven (>10 yrs) experience, including > 5 yrs in sales mgmt * Effective communication and people skills * Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities * Ability to build and keep professional relationships at all levels * A degree in business administration, sales, or a related field preferred * BA Required, MBA a plus * Broad and deep knowledge of the industry, applications, and products * Broad and deep knowledge contacts in the customer, vendor, and supplier space * Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Excellent oral and written communications skills * Willing and able to travel frequently, including overnight travel within the U.S. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS * Competitive base pay plus incentive or commission based on growth and other goals * After 30 days of employment, employees are eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and 401(k) * Generous vacation, holiday, and sick pay * Supportive culture and great learning environment
