Key Responsibilities: * Lead a team of sales managers and representatives throughout Australia & New Zealand, with a focus on driving sales and taking responsibility for achieving the required performance metrics whilst improving diversity and development.  * Develop and implement sales training, initiatives & tools to drive employee engagement, retention and development. * Collaborate with our Marketing team to develop + implement plans to improve market share, and the Supply and Finance teams to manage sales volumes, product mix, and selling price. * Win the hearts and minds of our long-term based distributors, clients and customers. About You: The successful candidate will be an experienced sales executive that can manage both hands on sales activities and provide strategic leadership to the broader team.  * You will possess at least 8 years of sales management experience, formal qualifications in sales, management, business, or marketing, and demonstrated experience employing servant leadership principles to develop a high-performance sales culture.  * Proven record of successful sales experience, including direct sales, channel building and distributor management. * Extensive experience in effective management with regard to expense control, sales management and leadership within a multinational corporate environment. * Previous relevant experience in the Automotive Refinish Industry will be highly regarded.  * As this is an ANZ role you will be expected to travel extensively throughout Australia & New Zealand to drive sales and build relationships * Valid Australian driving license.
