Requirements:

• Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Offplan sales in the real estate industry.
• Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and lead a team of Sales Manager in achieving their sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to inspire and motivate your team.
• Monitor the real estate market trends and ensure your team is well-informed.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide regular performance feedback, coaching, and training to team members.
