REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within financial services, brokerage, or trading platforms, preferably working with Tier 1 brokers or equity liquidity solutions.
  • Strong understanding of equity markets, trading operations, liquidity dynamics, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with trading platform technology, including API integrations and FIX protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a track record of building and maintaining trust-based client relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently, with flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Identify, engage, and onboard trading/investment platforms seeking trading solutions, positioning Moomoo Financial as their preferred partner.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to attract and grow a pipeline of trading/investment platform clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for trading/investment platform clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Facilitate the seamless integration of trading platforms with Moomoo Financial, coordinating with internal technical and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to tailor solutions that meet client needs and align with Moomoo Financial’s offerings.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure client onboarding processes comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Provide ongoing client support and feedback to improve Moomoo Financial’s equity liquidity services.
