5+ years of experience in sales/business development, focusing on selling solutions.
Strong negotiation skills to close complex deals.
Knowledge and experience in financial services.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
A proven track record in consultative sales.
Confidence in cold calling and dealing with C-Level executives over the phone and in person, client-first approach to sales.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Grade Level (for internal use): 11
The role: We seek a Sales Director based in the Dubai office. The Sales Director is responsible for promoting and consultatively selling a portfolio of products to current and target customers across a defined territory in the Middle East. The clients are across multiple segments, such as Commercial Lending, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Investment Management and Corporations.

In doing so, you will learn the client’s business and help identify their needs while providing solutions utilising our products and tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development and execution of a sales strategy
Demonstrate understanding of our suite of services and work collaboratively with our subject matter experts to position client solutions that solve specific customers’ challenge(s)
Stay current with industry news and issues to understand the potential impact on current prospects for finding new opportunities.
Maintain a disciplined approach to daily sales activity pipelines and systems-based workflow (i.e. Salesforce.com)
Secure the executed contracts and coordinate the transition of new clients to the Relationship Management team.
Develop industry-specific knowledge necessary to have credible diagnostic conversations.
