Job Description Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnerships & Indirect Sales (CIS)• Build, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to create competitive go-to-market strategies and accelerate revenue growth.• Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint consumer campaigns aligned with business objectives and growth targets.• Lead commercial negotiations with partners to secure optimal visibility and placement across both online and offline channels.• Drive integrated sales and marketing initiatives to grow market mindshare across the full portfolio, including Mobile, Broadband, and TV services. Direct-to-Door (D2D) Channel Development• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new D2D partners by presenting compelling business propositions and managing end-to-end contracting and onboarding processes.• Develop and scale partner coverage in targeted BTO estates to accelerate Broadband acquisition and market penetration.• Plan and execute promotional activities and new product launches in collaboration with partners to maximize sales impact.• Monitor partner performance through regular business reviews, ensuring alignment with KPIs, revenue targets, and quality standards.• Analyze competitive landscape, channel performance, and customer feedback, providing timely insights to internal product and marketing teams to inform strategy and improvements.Qualifications Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Telco or ICT industry, with a strong focus on sales, partnerships, or business development.• Demonstrated ability to identify market trends, evaluate opportunities, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.• Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.• Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
