In an autonomous and highly-influential role, the Sales Director will shape the sales strategy, provide strategic planning and execution of highly-effective sales methodologies, and lead, develop and manage a high-performing sales team, as they sell telecoms, unified comms, mobile, connectivity, managed IT, cloud and cybersecurity solutions to a wide range of predominantly SME clients in the Midlands area. A “player-manager”, the Sales Director will drive and support the sales team to hit individual sales and recurring revenue targets, whilst working directly with key corporate and SME clients to deliver high-level sales consultancy, securing new business, and strengthening existing relationships to ensure retention and growth.
