Your Responsibilities Lead the national sales strategy to accelerate revenue, market share, and profitable growth across all channels in Germany Strengthening partnerships with major retailers such as EDEKA, REWE, and leading discounters, including ownership of annual negotiations and joint business plans Inspire and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement Drive commercial excellence through accurate forecasting and reporting Collaborate closely across functions—Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category Management—to deliver powerful in-market execution Monitor market and competitor trends to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies with speed and precision Own the sales P&L, ensuring sustainable, profitable growth aligned with Kraft Heinz’s long-term ambitions Build trusted internal relationships with cross‑functional leaders to align commercial strategy and decision‑making while navigating complex organizational dynamics Deliver clear, compelling presentations that translate strategy and results into actionable next steps and motivate stakeholders Model an upbeat, high‑energy approach as a positive and challenge‑oriented leader Key Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field Extensive FMCG sales experience in a similar role, including direct responsibility for major German retail customers Proven leadership track record, with the ability to build, coach, and empower high-performing teams Strong commercial acumen, including P&L management, trade investment optimization, and complex negotiations Deep understanding of the German retail landscape, market dynamics, and shopper behaviour Strategic yet hands-on approach, supported by strong analytical and execution skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management, enabling effective collaboration across a matrix organization Fluency in German and English is essential Professional Attributes Analytical: We are a very data-driven company, so being able to translate complex data into simple solutions while taking an analytical approach is key. Results-oriented: You focus not only on your own results but always act in the best interest of the company.
