We at Global me Recruitment Network Looking to hire sales manager (Tiles/Ceramic) Arabic speaking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies, driving sales growth, and enhancing the market presence of Ceramics products. The role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Required details are mentioned below.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE

o Minimum 8-15 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record in a leadership role. o Experience in the ceramics, construction, or building materials industry is highly desirable. o Strong background in managing and developing sales teams, driving revenue, and establishing market presence.

SKILLS

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, market analysis, and account management.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
