Requirements:

  • 5+ years of quota carrying, solution-based direct sales experience.
  • 3+ years of successful selling within the Technology, Media, Telecom / Consumer Business Services (TMT/CBS) space.
  • Strong business development skills with experience prospecting and bringing in new business.
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles across a variety of solutions.
  • Ability to align to business initiatives and solve business problems using a consultative approach.
  • Ability to accurately forecast your business monthly/quarterly/annually.
  • Ability to orchestrate multiple internal resources and extended team members including: solutions engineers, account managers, delivery center directors, and OSF Digital Executives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quota.
  • Experience with cloud-based Salesforce Sales, Service, and Marketing Automation products.
  • Experience with the Salesforce technology ecosystem
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Sell the entire OSF Digital portfolio of services across a prospect account set.
  • Creatively break into net new logos in your assigned industry/territory and introduce them to OSF Digital.
  • Be a true hunter, hungry to uncover new opportunities and connect them with an OSF Digital value proposition.
  • Be a visionary, helping prospects craft their digital transformation vision.
  • After bringing in the initial deal, work to cross-sell/up-sell clients with additional OSF Digital Services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Use collaborative selling techniques and partner with ecosystem + OSF Digital resources to create and drive a winning strategy.
  • Research the market and work on sales strategies for market segments.
  • Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
  • Sell on value, including return on investment.
  • Develop and present solutions that meet customers’ needs and close the sale.
  • Discover business initiatives and pain points to map our solutions to desired business outcomes.
  • Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our services.
  • Have a deep understanding of the way businesses operate and the priorities that drive decisions at the C-level.
