Conducting market analysis and tailoring offerings to meet local needs. Leading major initiatives, including portfolio assessments, resource allocation, and organizational planning aligned with market potential. Establishing and tracking KPIs and budgets, evaluating risks, adjusting plans, and ensuring robust performance management. Qualifications You are an influential, strategic, and commercially minded leader who thrives in dynamic, competitive environments. You bring: 8–15+ years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in commercial or strategic roles within medical devices, diagnostics, ophthalmology, or digital health. A track record of P&L ownership, market entry, and business growth, ideally in the Nordics or similar B2B healthcare markets. Strong strategic acumen with the ability to translate corporate goals into actionable business plans. Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, decisive, and inspiring. Proven stakeholder management capabilities with the ability to build alignment, resolve conflict, and move complex initiatives forward. Deep understanding of product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization. A collaborative, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate change and guide organizations through it. Fluent in English and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
