ABOUT THE ROLE

As Director of Sales for California and Hawaii, you’ll lead the charge in delivering Treasury Wine Estates’ (TWE) Bold annual sales goals across these key markets. You’ll work closely with distributor partners and internal teams to drive volume, value, and distribution growth. This role is pivotal in shaping market strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring executional excellence across channels. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where strategic thinking, relationship-building, and a passion for wine come together to create lasting impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and support a high-performing sales team to achieve KPIs
  • Manage distributor relationships, performance, and pricing/program strategies
  • Develop and execute market plans by channel and account, allocating resources effectively
  • Use data to identify opportunities, forecast business, and close gaps to plan
  • Ensure compliance with national account programs and manage market budgetsMonitor competitor activity and participate in sales initiatives across markets
