The Role The Sales Director – US Wealth is a senior sales leadership role responsible for supporting growth of WTW Investments’ wealth business across the United States. This role focuses on expanding distribution of WTW’s investment advisory, OCIO, delegated investment, and investment solution offerings to wealth managers, intermediaries, platforms, and strategic partners. The Sales Director will originate, develop, and close new business opportunities, while working closely with investment specialists, research teams, product leaders, and broader US Investments sales and client management colleagues. The role plays a critical part in executing WTW’s US wealth growth strategy and building long-term, trusted client relationships. Key Responsibilities * Lead business development efforts for WTW Investments across the US Wealth market, including wealth managers, RIAs, platforms, and strategic partners. * Originate and manage a robust pipeline of new sales opportunities, from initial engagement through closing and onboarding. * Represent WTW’s full range of investment capabilities, including OCIO, private equity, alternatives, and specialist fund and portfolio offerings. * Partner closely with investment specialists, research teams, and product leaders to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions that address client needs. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, investment committees, and key stakeholders within client and prospect organizations. * Coordinate with US Investments sales leadership to align on revenue targets, pipeline priorities, and strategic initiatives. * Contribute to the evolution of WTW’s wealth value proposition by providing market feedback, identifying emerging opportunities, and supporting new solution development. * Act as a senior ambassador for WTW Investments, demonstrating thought leadership and representing the firm in client meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
