We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director- Western Canada to help drive growth and profitability, while managing key client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
As our Sales Director- Western Canada at LUDA Foods, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that secure business growth within your region. Your focus will be on managing and nurturing relationships with major clients, identifying new opportunities, and overseeing the execution of company strategies at the customer level. This is a highly impactful role where you’ll contribute directly to the company’s growth and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Call on potential clients and partners to introduce LUDA Foods’ products, identify customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and/or segment-specific accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries.
- Team Leadership: Oversee and coach a team of brokers, ensuring that company policies, strategies, and marketing plans are executed at the customer level.
- Sales Tracking: Use Salesforce CRM to track and manage opportunities, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Market Expansion: Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to identify prospective customers and stay on top of industry trends.
- Customer Support: Follow up with client’s post-sale to provide ongoing support, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Expense Management: Manage regional expenses in alignment with corporate objectives and ensure financial targets are met.
- Market Intelligence: Gather competitive insights and market data, sharing relevant information with management to help guide business strategy.
