THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a driven and analytical Sales Effectiveness Lead to join our Customer Experience team based in Macquarie Park, Sydney.
In this newly created role, you’ll be responsible for maximising the performance of our Sales team through process improvements, capability building, and the optimisation of tools and systems-particularly Salesforce CRM.
Working closely with key stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, and IT, you’ll lead the development of platforms, reporting, and training initiatives that improve both team efficiency and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive sales productivity and effectiveness
  • Lead CRM development and ongoing enhancements, supporting data integrity and usability
  • Create and manage sales dashboards and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) for actionable insights
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed improvements across the sales process
  • Support change management and training initiatives to uplift capability and engagement
