Job Description

  • Processing telephone and written customer enquiries from Germany and abroad
  • Preparation of service and maintenance quotations and processing of tenders
  • Organising, coordinating and providing technical support for service calls at home and abroad
  • Processing complaints and claims in accordance with our quality processes
  • Assessing damage and preparing damage reports and deriving corrective measures
  • Service-orientated communication with customers in the event of technical problems (by telephone or in writing)
  • Close support for key customers and acquisition of new customers
  • Co-operation with the internal and external sales force in compliance with internal processes
  • Competition and market observation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Completed technical training, ideally with further training as a technician or master craftsman in mechatronics, maintenance or a comparable qualification
  • Desirable commercial understanding
  • Structured, independent way of working as well as strong organisational talent and assertiveness
  • High level of comprehension, commitment and dedication
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident handling of MS Office and SAP
