Enhance repository development by incorporating relevant artifacts within the content management system. Collect and integrate relevant artifacts from various organizational channels in an efficient manner. Edit, proofread, and elevate content artifacts to ensure consistency and maintain high quality standards. Publish content artifacts to repositories and AI platforms after obtaining necessary expert approvals. Methodically categorize collateral within the knowledgebase and update it with pertinent, company-specific resources. Ensure accurate assignment of metadata, monitor for duplication, and confirm format compliance with established templates. Verify all artifacts are clearly labeled and accompanied by appropriate informational tags in accordance with sales enablement guidelines. Manages content expiration schedules and coordinates archival procedures as required. Performs regular assessments of the repository to maintain accurate taxonomy tagging practices. Develop and sustain a robust network of subject matter experts throughout the organization to facilitate effective content updates and maintenance. Address inquiries and engage with subject matter experts to provide continuous support. Work in close coordination with IT to assist in implementing system enhancements. A bachelor's degree in communications, English or a related discipline is required; an MBA is preferred. Over ten years of relevant experience in content management or a similar capacity. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word, PPT, and Excel. Strong leadership abilities.
