JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Enablement & Brand Manager directly supports and enhances the agency’s sales and retentioninitiatives. This role is responsible for maintaining key processes in our sales funnel as well as management of short-term projects.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & GKG TEAM EXPERIENCE

  • Support leadership team in key internal communication initiatives such as:
  • Forcing Vertical Growth (Monthly)
  • Agency-Wide Summits (Twice a Year)
  • Open Enrollment (Annual)

MENTAL AND VISUAL REQUIREMENTS

Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, performing account work, using a computer, and/or extensive reading.

PHYSICIAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stoop, reach, sit, stand, walk, pull, lift, use fingers, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions. Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position does not include any direct supervisory responsibilities.

Note: the specifics of this part of the role will be determined by the strengths of the individual (i.e. if the team member is strong in graphic design but not copy editing, we will “fill the gap” another way).

  • Collaborate with Sales Leader to develop content strategies that supports sales and growth initiatives.
  • Plan content themes and topics based on market trends, customer insights, and sales goals.
  • Write, edit, and produce high-quality content, including emails, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, client testimonials, press releases, and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce multimedia content.
  • Coordinate agency response to approved Request For Proposal submissions (rare).
  • Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone, and messaging.
  • Ensure all content complies with industry regulations, copyright laws, and company policies.
  • Manage content review and approval process to maintain quality and consistency
