POSITION OVERVIEW

The Sales Enablement Designer transforms complex internal content into polished, customer-ready sales materials that tell a compelling story. This role blends marketing messaging expertise with strong visual design skills to create professional, external-facing presentations and collateral that equip Aptean’s sales teams to engage and influence prospects at the highest levels.
Working closely with Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, and other cross-functional teams, this position will curate, synthesize, and redesign messaging from multiple sources—including product launches, marketing campaigns, and internal documentation—into visually compelling, on-brand deliverables that drive sales impact.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in digital marketing, product marketing, or content design.
  • Internship or project experience in B2B marketing, content creation, or sales support strongly preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong graphic design and visual storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with presentation and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, Canva, Pitch.com).
  • Ability to distill complex technical information into clear, compelling messages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a strong eye for design, layout, and brand alignment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Convert internal presentations, product information, and marketing content into clear, visually engaging, and customer-ready materials.
  • Visual Design: Develop high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual concepts for sales presentations, ensuring brand consistency and professional polish.
  • Messaging Adaptation: Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and adapt product and marketing messaging for sales audiences.
  • Tool Mastery: Leverage professional design and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Pitch.com, Canva, PowerPoint) to deliver agency-level quality in-house.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Quality Standards: Ensure all deliverables are external-ready, meeting Aptean’s standards for messaging, design, and professionalism.
  • Innovation: Stay current with design trends, sales enablement best practices, and emerging tools to continually improve content effectiveness.
