Are you an experienced Sales Enablement leader who is looking to develop and launch a best-in-class revenue enablement program for an industry leader with a uniquely powerful mission? As a Sales Enablement Director at Flashpoint, you will get to do all of those things, including ensuring we have the strategy, content, tools, processes and accountability measures needed to (1) enable our sellers to achieve their targets by building pipeline, increasing conversions, accelerating deal velocity, and delivering a superior customer experience along the way; and (2) successfully onboard and ramp newly-hired sellers within targeted timeframes with demonstrable quota attainment improvement.
