Job Description:
We are seeking a highly talented and experienced AI/ML Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing advanced analytics models and machine learning solutions to drive innovation and improve outcomes in our sales applications. This role requires a strong understanding of a variety of AI/ML models and proficiency in Python, as well as the ability to source and manage data from various origins.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Model Development and Evaluation: Design, develop, and validate advanced machine learning models that address key business challenges and opportunities.
Data Engineering: Build robust pipelines to gather, clean, and prepare data from diverse sources for analysis and modeling.
Research and Implementation: Stay abreast of cutting-edge AI/ML technologies and techniques; evaluate their potential application to business challenges.
Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, analysts, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to implement scalable and efficient machine learning systems.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for system design, development processes, and analytic findings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field. Proven experience in Python programming and familiarity with core libraries like pandas, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. Proficient in various ML techniques (classification, regression, clustering, neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. Experience in natural language processing, computer vision, or other specialized AI/ML domains is a plus.
Demonstrable experience in sourcing, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets from multiple platforms. Familiarity with data query languages (SQL, etc.) Knowledge of best practices in data science and software development Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication skills.
