In one sentence The SEL holds a bird's-eye view of requirements from the entire organization - from Corporate Strategy to Sales to Marketing in general and Product Marketing specifically - and must translate these elements into a consolidated sales strategy that meets the needs of all relevant parties. What will your job look like? You will translate Corporate, Sales and Marketing requirements into a dynamic, innovative Sales Enablement Plan, communicating the plan, establishing relevant processes, and getting agreement from all partners. Eradicate random acts of Sales support and focusing on establishing, consolidating and improving sales enablement tools, methods and teams, to ensure a single, clear strategy and plan across the company. Take the lead and focus on the following primary areas: Content - Guiding content development to ensure the right content is available and accessible at the time it is required; Ensure that all teams in all regions have access to the right online and F2F tools and material required to be up to speed on the relevant portfolio areas. Be the trusted advisor to Marketing: Resource for all marketers to suggest on the best ways to reach the field effectively and efficiently. Ensure that Sales has a point of contact to address for all enablement requests, specifically those related to marketing content and teams. All you need is... MBA with Marketing degree At least 5 years of experience in Amdocs, in-depth understanding of the Amdocs product and service offerings and company structure Significant experience in both Sales and Marketing (preferably product marketing) Extensive proven managerial experience Success in negotiating with several partners and bring various groups together even when they are not in a direct reporting structure Experience managing projects with tight budgets, many partners and very high visibility Why you will love this job: You will be working on Sales Enablement strategy and applying it, by leading teams that focus directly on content, product knowledge, and communications.
