Description

Toast is driven by building the restaurant platform that helps restaurants adapt, take control, and get back to what they do best: building the businesses they love. The Sales Enablement Manager will provide continuous support and delivery of ongoing education and training for all Territory Account Executives in our newly established market in Australia. Working in lockstep with the International sales leadership team, this role will provide dedicated enablement support - via remote tools and on the ground programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop International training and enablement content in conjunction with the Sales Enablement team leveraging our technology stack to include Workramp LMS, Chorus.ai and Google Sites.
  • Manage, deliver and execute training and certification programs for the International team
  • Provide live and virtual training to sales reps to ensure trainings are being put into practice
  • Give direct feedback and hold the sales team accountable for goals and adoption of processes (ie, Sandler Sales Methodology) and tools (ie, Salesloft, Vidyard, etc.)
  • Provide pre- and post- Sales Boot Camp training support and reinforce tools that will enhance the performance of the sales trainee
  • Provide ramping Account Executives with the relevant feedback/coaching that will help to improve their individual performance
  • Certify competencies in our sales process and Sandler sales methodology
  • Track training progress in correlation to sales results & communicate to sales management
  • Support senior sales leadership in driving key metrics to achieve overall sales goals
  • Own and execute training events and occasional onsite meetings (at any office globally)
  • Assist reps in deal-specific questions both remotely and in the fiel
