JOB SUMMARY:

The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for equipping the sales team with the necessary training, tools, and resources to improve productivity and effectiveness. This role focuses on sales training, process optimization, content development, and performance analytics to ensure the sales team meets revenue targets efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or a related sales-focused role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, methodologies, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Expertise in developing and delivering sales training programs and enablement content.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Gong, Showpad).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for delivering training sessions.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance data and recommend improvements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
