We’re looking for someone to take everything we’ve built so far in sales enablement—tools, training, content, processes—and make it sharper, more strategic, and more impactful. You’ll be the expert voice guiding what great enablement looks like across MindGym, and the person the business turns to when it wants to sell more, better, faster.

Responsibilities

You’ll be great in this role if…

  • You’ve built or evolved sales enablement at scale, ideally in B2B
  • You know your way around Salesforce, Gong, and enablement platforms
  • You’re equally comfortable delivering a sales kickoff or diving into data
  • You lead with strategy but love getting stuck into the detail
  • You’re collaborative, commercially sharp, and allergic to fluff
  • You’re a natural coach who helps others level u
