Job Title: Sales Enablement Manager – Outbound-Focused Reports to: SVP, Community Solutions Status: Full-Time/Exempt Location: Central Florida Job Summary: The Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for driving pipeline growth by securing qualified sales meetings for Account Directors through high-volume outbound prospecting. This role is approximately 95% outbound and focuses on proactive outreach, prospect qualification, and calendar management, with limited inbound lead follow-up. The Sales Enablement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring Account Directors consistently engage in high-quality sales conversations. Key Responsibilities: · Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and sales engagement tools · Research and engage target accounts aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) · Qualify prospects and schedule sales meetings for six Account Directors · Secure a minimum of one qualified meeting per Account Director per week · Manage calendars including confirmations, reschedules, and follow-up · Handle a limited number of inbound leads and convert them into qualified meetings · Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM · Follow structured outreach cadences to maximize meeting conversion · Provide feedback on objections, messaging effectiveness, and market trends · Continuously improve outbound processes and meeting quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): · Qualified meetings booked per week and month · Minimum of six qualified meetings per week (one per Account Director) · Meeting show rate · Outbound activity volume (calls, emails, touchpoints) · Follow-up and responsiveness speed · CRM data integrity and activity accuracy Qualifications: · 5+ years of experience in outbound sales development, appointment setting, or sales enablement · Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound prospecting roles · Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills · Experience working in quota-driven, performance-based environments · Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, or similar) · Excellent organization, time management, and follow-up skills · Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally · Must be able to pass criminal, MVR, and drug testing Reporting & Collaboration: The Sales Enablement Manager works closely with Account Directors and Sales Leadership to ensure sales calendars are consistently full and well-qualified. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Marketing.
