Qargo is a tech start-up with offices in London and Ghent (Belgium), transforming the transportation industry through our cloud-based Transport Management System (TMS). Our goal is to make transportation more efficient, profitable, and sustainable by automating administrative processes and optimizing planning. To support our growth, we’re looking for a pragmatic and hands-on Sales Enablement Manager who can drive success in our sales team.
Onboarding and Ramp-Up: You’ll design and continuously improve an effective onboarding process to get sales reps up to speed. With teams across the UK, NL, FR, and BE, occasional travel to Belgium will be required for onboarding activities.
Sales and Marketing Alignment: Acting as a connector between sales and marketing, you’ll ensure both teams stay aligned on messaging, strategies, and key initiatives.
Sales Materials: Collaborate with marketing to create practical sales materials, such as product overviews and case studies, that help our sales team engage customers.
Sales Tools Adoption: Ensure that our sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Gong) are being used effectively to improve sales processes and productivity.
Sales Training: You’ll provide ongoing training to the sales team, delivering it in a hands-on, practical way that addresses their real-world needs.
Best Practices: Develop and maintain clear best practices and workflows in our internal tools (e.g., Notion) to help sales reps operate efficiently.
Performance Tracking: You’ll help track sales performance and identify ways to improve rep productivity, sales pipeline quality, and overall sales process efficiency.
