YOUR MISSION:

As a Sales Enablement Manager (DACH), your mission is to empower 60 Account Executives (AEs) with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to excel. You will design and execute impactful enablement programs that drive sales effectiveness, enhance productivity, and improve pipeline conversion. Partnering closely with 8 first-line sales managers, you will ensure that enablement initiatives align with business objectives and support both individual and team success. Your role will be instrumental in optimizing sales execution and accelerating revenue growth in the DACH region. This role will involve bi-weekly travel to our HQ in Cologne.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver tailored sales training programs and materials for 60 AEs.
  • Implement enablement initiatives to enhance sales execution, productivity, and pipeline conversion.
  • Partner with first-line managers to align enablement efforts with sales priorities and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to provide impactful content, messaging, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze performance data to identify skill gaps and optimize enablement strategies.
  • Support onboarding for new AEs to ensure a fast ramp-up to productivity.
