Continuous Learning: Create and deliver ongoing training programs focused on product updates, market changes, sales process improvements, and skill development to drive continuous performance improvement across the team. About you We are looking for someone who thrives on bringing structure to chaos, and possesses a deep understanding of B2B SaaS sales tooling—especially HubSpot. You have a strong sense of ownership: as the captain of this ship, you take full responsibility for outcomes and execution. You understand modern B2B SaaS sales and can implement your knowledge in the day to day operations of your role. Additionally, we believe you also need: Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales or dedicated sales enablement role within a B2B SaaS environment.
