In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Customer Service Operations & Processes, playing a pivotal role in ensuring our Customer Service team is equipped with the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to deliver outstanding service to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies that contribute to the overall success of Viator.
