Locality seeks a dynamic Sales Enablement Partnerships Specialist with a sales support background, adept at innovative training. The role involves building strong relationships, enhancing partner selling abilities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.   • Play a pivotal role in implementing a sales enablement solution for a high-velocity sales team and partners to close high-quality sales opportunities.
  • Establishing mutually beneficial relationships with our partners and enhancing their capacity to effectively sell and deliver Locality products through collaboration with a cross-functional team.
  • Become an expert in the evolving field of OTT/CTV, staying up to date on industry changes and competitive landscapes, while also mastering our sales methodology.
  • Participate in the development of our sales process, the articulation of our value proposition, and the creative creation of key tools, presentations, documentation, and assets.
  • Collaborate with high-performing teams of sales, insights, marketing professionals, and many channel partners.
  • Drive revenue by proactively analyzing campaigns and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary representative for training, whether remote or in-field, through calls, Zoom, or group presentations.
  • Lead the creation of clear, innovative, and customizable content, collaborating with internal marketing for approval and publication.
  • Drive and play a pivotal role in a sales enablement solution for a high velocity sales team and our partners to close high-quality sales opportunities.
  • BS/BA Degree preferred but not required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in creating training materials and setting up presentations for stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time.
  • Knowledge of various Sales Enablement Platforms (DAM, LMS, CRM).
  • Experience in partnership sales models and content creation for training.
  • Strong communicator to all levels of an organization with an ability to build relationships with clients and peers.
  • Proficient in public speaking with exceptional presentation skills, including the ability to adapt outreach approaches based on client responses; professional training background is a plus.

Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary of $65,000-$74,000 in addition to a commission plan. (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
