On behalf of our Professional Services client, Procom is searching for a Sales Enablement Program Manager - Bilingual Spanish for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

SALES ENABLEMENT PROGRAM MANAGER - BILINGUAL SPANISH - JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support and enable third-party vendor sales teams across Canada and Latin America. This role is crucial for onboarding, training, and upskilling vendor-based sales teams to meet performance and quality expectations. Acting in a “train-the-trainer” capacity, you will ensure sales managers and trainers at vendor sites are fully equipped to deliver programs and coaching that drive consistent sales performance.

SALES ENABLEMENT PROGRAM MANAGER - BILINGUAL SPANISH - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Learning & Development.
  • Experience working with or supporting third-party vendors/BPOs.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and train others effectively.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong consultancy skills: root cause analysis, active listening, adaptive communication.
  • High degree of proactivity, organization, and problem-solving capability.

SALES ENABLEMENT PROGRAM MANAGER - BILINGUAL SPANISH – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Experience selling or supporting SaaS products.
  • Previous work in Sales Enablement roles within a high-growth or software-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with vendor coaching, QA, and call calibration best practices.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with BPO vendors to align on quality assurance (QA) processes and execution.
  • Run call calibration sessions and provide coaching to ensure consistent call quality.
  • Evaluate vendor coaching capabilities and offer actionable feedback.
  • Observe training sessions and provide enablement feedback.
  • Develop and implement learning interventions to address performance gaps.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules with vendor partners and troubleshoot access to tools/platforms.
  • Train vendor partners on conducting onboarding sessions that meet program standards.
  • Design and implement continuous learning programs for vendor teams.
  • Monitor and assess vendor performance, proposing enhancements based on skill gaps and business needs.
  • Participate in team meetings and cross-functional alignment calls.
