Description

SUMMARY:

In the Sales Enablement role at Guardsquare, you will play a critical part in equipping the sales team with the tools, resources, and strategies needed to drive revenue growth and enhance sales efficiency. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure the sales team has the right training, content, and processes to engage prospects effectively and close deals efficiently and effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of B2B sales, technology solutions, and enablement best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Training & Onboarding – Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires, globally, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ongoing Learning & Development – Implement ongoing training programs and workshops to upskill sales teams.
  • Content Development & Management – Maintain sales playbook and other materials in support of the sales process
  • Sales Process Optimization – Work with sales leadership to refine sales methodologies, improve workflows, and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Technology & Tools Enablement – Manage and optimize sales engagement platforms, such as Gong and SalesLoft, and other enablement tools to enhance rep effectiveness and productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with marketing and product teams to align messaging, ensure sales has the latest insights, and to ensure timely and effective follow-up on leads.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting – Partner with sales operations to track and analyze sales performance data to identify gaps, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
