Description
SCOPE OF ROLE We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Enablement Specialist II to support our sales team through strategic enablement initiatives. This role will focus heavily on managing and optimizing our Sales Enablement (Seismic) platform, supporting our sales methodology (Imparta) and coordinating our sales training programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing, sales, or program management, and be passionate about empowering sales teams with the right tools, content, and training. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Enablement Platform (Seismic) Manage the day-to-day operations of Sales Enablement Platform (Seismic) including content organization, user support, and platform optimization. Collaborate with the platform admin (Sr. Sales Enablement Specialist) to ensure governance and best practices. Generate and analyze Seismic usage reports to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure content is current, relevant, and aligned with sales needs by partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop impactful enablement materials and campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally to support both short and long-term initiatives tied to product launches and strategic goals. Sales Methodology Support (Imparta) Assist in maintaining accurate records of seller participation and certification status. Support certified trainers during sessions, providing logistical and administrative support. Help integrate Imparta methodology into enablement tools and resources. Training Program Coordination Audit and maintain training content to ensure alignment with sales goals and product messaging. Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training initiatives across teams. Partner with marketing, product marketing, and sales to ensure training materials are impactful and up-to-date. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, sales operations, or program management. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Sales, Data Analytics, or Business Experience with Seismic is highly preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI is a plus. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication, prioritization, organization, and project management skills Comfortable in a hybrid work environment and open to occasional travel Preferred Experience & Skills: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Experience supporting or implementing sales methodologies. Detail-oriented with a passion for process improvement and content quality. Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and make meaningful impact.
