WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

 -Bachelor’s in Education, Business, Human Resources, other related field or preferred, with 2-3+ years of experience in global tech organizations.

  • Expertise in adult learning principles, blended learning, and virtual classroom technologies.
  • Experience in B2B sales is an asset.
  • A keen eye for design and creative thinking.
  • Initiative. You are a self-starter who takes initiative and is always looking for ways to improve.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess needs, design solutions, and measure the impact of enablement programs.
  • Adaptability: You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt with ease to new challenges and priorities.
  • Growth Mindset: You are eager to learn and grow in the enablement field.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word as well as learning authoring tools such as Synthesia, Articulate etc…

Responsibilities
  • Deliver enablement: Design, develop and deliver on-demand learning, training sessions/workshops, and other enablement initiatives.
  • Program governance: Ensure our enablement programs are effective and consistent across the organization.
  • Coordinate events: Plan and execute enablement events as required.
  • Manage projects: Manage enablement projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, meeting their objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Work with key stakeholders and other enablement teams to collect feedback, analyze data, and refine existing programs to make them more impactful.
