Job Description Post Sales Enablement executive​ In this role, you will be the single point of contact for the Commercial and Finance teams, to liaise on Finance/Revenue related requests. You will be the go-to person from the Commercial side on all Finance related processes, platforms and documents who can advise on actions accordingly. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all key cut-off dates based on the Monthly Closing Calendar are strictly adhered to.​ ​ ​ Key Accountabilities​ ​ PROJECT COMMISSIONING​ Be the MSD and NIQ financial processes expert. Review opportunities for commercial teams and advise on opportunity set-up.​ Review all relevant MSD entries and supporting documentation prior to closing.​ Commission opportunity in MSD (i.e. include billing instructions, final contract details, evidence of agreement (EOA) and/or PO). ​ Raise requests and coordinate new SAP account creation where required.​ Raise SNOW tickets for exception cases, if needed.​ BILLING & CASH COLLECTION​ Review and approve proforma invoices .​ Follow up with the Billing team on sending invoices to clients.​ Raise credit memo request for invoice revisions/ cancellations.​ Attend the local Billing and Cash Collection calls and coordinate action items with the Commercial team.​ Resolve invoicing issues and errors in conjunction with billing team.​ REVENUE RECOGNITION​ Understand downstream dependencies that determine revenue recognition (start and end dates, funds, deliveries etc)​ Ensure project dates in SAP are updated. ​ Raise (POCRs) SAP change requests as needed.​ Create amendment opps as required to adjust price to client.​ Follow up with the Commerical and Operations team on pending fieldwork start dates ​ Follow up with the Commercial team on pending evidence of delivery (EOD).​ Other Finance/Revenue-related duties, as assigned​ Qualifications 2+ years of work experience related to Project Management/coordination w/ multiple stakeholders in Commerical leadership and Finance teams​ Fluent in English​ Solid communication skills, both written and verbal​ Technologically capable - can work/learn to work with our Microsoft suite, MS office, Salesforce and PowerBI ​ Experience in Saas an advantage​ Finance knowledge and/or Market Research industry knowledge is a plus Additional Information Our Benefits Flexible working environment Volunteer time off LinkedIn Learning Employee-Assistance-Program (EAP) About NIQ NIQ is the world’s leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth.
