Description
Role Overview: To provide sales, operational and coordination support to ensure the efficient functioning of the Motor Body Repairer silo within the Market Research department. This role supports sales execution, customer service, data administration, documentation workflows and cross-team coordination. The successful candidate should have a strong passion for the motor industry, customer experience and understanding consumer behaviour within the automotive environment. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and manage contracts, quotes, purchase orders and renewal documentation. Track contract signatures, procurement processes and renewal cycles. Support onboarding of new customers including account setup, login creation and training coordination. Maintain and update billing files for Market Research products. Coordinate with internal teams including Support/Admin, Specs, Product, Analytics, Dev and Finance. Schedule internal and external meetings and prepare meeting packs. Track leads, opportunities and follow-ups for the Head of Market Research. Assist with customer queries, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation management. 5-10 years in retail sales and operational support roles. Experience in a data-driven or technical environment preferred. Experience coordinating across multiple internal teams. Motor industry experience advantageous but not required. Experience with CRM or BI tools is an advantage. Sales experience with excellent knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry (Motor Body Repairers and Dealerships) Microsoft suite of products. Understanding of customer experience (CX) measurement methodologies such as CSI and NPS advantageous. Excellent organisational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent people skills. Customer service orientation with professionalism and composure. Good time management skills and driven by meeting sales targets. Must have mobility/own transport and be willing to travel. Excellent telephone skills required for cold calling and support calls. Positive outlook on life, work and other people. Passionate about sales and working with people. Able to prioritise work and deliver to deadlines. Ability to work well in a team as well as individually. Must be results-orientated.
