OVERVIEW

Retinue is seeking an organised, proactive and detail-driven individual to join our high-performing Sales Enablement team as a Sales Engagement Coordinator.

This is a client-facing role with a clear dual focus:

  • 50% dedicated to proactive lead generation within the NHS sector, including researching opportunities, coordinating outreach, tracking pipeline progress and supporting the sales team to secure meetings.
  • 50% providing wider sales coordination and engagement support across the sales and account management lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution of key activities and events.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering impactful experiences for both internal teams and external stakeholders. Working closely with Sales & Solutions Design/Bids, Account Directors, Implementation & Commercial and our Marketing team, you will ensure client project-based tasks are executed seamlessly.
