Responsibilities

Project Management:

  • Lead initiatives aimed at driving outbound sales productivity and operational efficiency, focusing on the needs of AEs and the wider sales team.
  • Roadmap and own the project plan under the Sales Engagement work-stream

Advanced Data Analytics:

  • Utilise advanced analytics to inform strategic decision-making related to outbound efforts and AE performance.
  • Present data-driven insights to senior leadership, recommending actionable strategies to improve outbound sales outcomes.

Change Management:

  • Lead change initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of outbound sales processes, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales organisation, focusing on optimising AE engagement and outbound efforts.

Mentorship & Development:

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development, with a focus on supporting AEs in their outbound efforts.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and align with the needs of the sales organisation.
