Description
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our growing team in Europe. This role combines in-depth technical knowledge of AERONES robotic systems with strong sales acumen to drive business development and client success in the European wind energy market. Responsibilities Act as a technical liaison between Aerones and prospective clients across Europe, with focus on North and Eastern European customers. Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, including pre-sales consultations, product demonstrations, and proposal development. Understand client needs and customize Aerones’ solutions to meet technical and commercial requirements. Collaborate closely with the engineering, operations, and product teams to improve the commercial offer. Support customer success throughout and after project completion. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including wind farm owners, operators, OEMs, and service providers. Deliver presentations and attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Aerones' offerings. Support business development for new initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related field). 3+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or project engineering – preferably in the wind energy or industrial robotics sectors. Strong understanding of wind turbine maintenance, inspections, or related technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus). Ability to travel within Europe up to 20% of the time. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
