Job Summary As a Sales Engineer in our Air Compressor and Forklift Division, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting our range of compressed air and Forklift solutions, and providing technical and commercial support to customers across your assigned territory. This role combines technical expertise in air compressor systems and Forklift solutions with strong sales skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell compressed air systems, dryers, filters, piping, Forklift Solutions, and related products to industrial clients and warehouses. Conduct technical assessments to understand customer requirements and propose suitable system solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how products meet client needs. Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve assigned targets and expand market share. Develop quotations, cost estimates, and tender documents in coordination with the engineering and project teams. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities. Support after-sales service by coordinating with service engineers and ensuring prompt technical support. Conduct site visits and system evaluations to provide tailored solutions and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute regional sales strategies and achieve team goals. Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies in compressed air systems and forklift solutions. Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and prepare periodic reports on sales performance and forecasts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales — preferably in air compressors. Solid understanding of compressed air technology and forklift solutions, system design, and related accessories. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or Zoho). Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned region. Skills and Competencies Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability. Customer-focused mindset and service-oriented approach. Ability to translate technical features into commercial benefits. Time management and prioritization skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
